Do you have any hidden talents or hobbies? I enjoy bowling, golf and hunting.
What do you do in your spare time? Attend my daughter's sporting events.
Tell us an interesting fact about you. I spent 21 years in the Army Reserves and National Guard where I held roles as a Truck Driver, Mechanic, and Drill Sergeant. I had four different calls to duty including Iraq in 2005 as a truck driver, Ft. Knox, Kentucky to run a basic training cycle for six months in 2008, Afghanistan in 2010 as a combat advisor to the Afghan National Army, and a brief stent as a drill instructor at Muscatatuck Urban Training Center in Indiana.
What is your personal motto? Keep moving forward, you can’t change the past.
What's the best piece of advice you've ever received? My mother always told me to not worry about what others think of me and that is what I have done. Always be you!
Who is someone you admire and why? I have studied and read a lot about General Patton. He was a no-nonsense kind of leader that kept moving forward and may have stepped on a few toes along the way.
What is your go-to drink order? Corona
When you were younger, what did you want to be when you grew up? When I was 5, I was pretty sure I'd be an Army Soldier. I was able to and retired after 21 years.
If I weren't so darn good at my job today... I'd probably be a farmer.
If I won the lottery tomorrow... I would buy the family farm and run it.
If I were a superhero... my superpower would be invisibility.
