Spreading holiday cheer to local families in need
During the month of December, our office is collecting nonperishable food and household items for our local charity, Coopersville Cares. If you would like to help us support this organization, please feel free to drop off items at our office. Your donations will go directly to the people in need in our community. We want our front lobby to be full of food and personal items!
We are collecting items through December 31, 2020. This list includes items that they’re always looking for, and go through very quickly:
– Cereal
– Jelly/jam
– Canned fruit, vegetables, and beans
– Mac & cheese and Hamburger Helper
– Pudding, Jell-O, and cake and brownie mix
– Toilet paper and paper towels
– Dish soap, bar soap, shampoo, deodorant, and other personal care items
The mission of Coopersville Cares is to provide caring and compassionate assistance to those in need with dignity and respect. This assistance shall be provided regardless of gender, religion, race, ethnicity, creed, sexual orientation or marital status. Follow Coopersville Cares on Facebook to learn more about this generous organization.
Contact our office if you have any questions about making a donation. We’d love to have any and all contributions to add to our stockpile – and we know Coopersville Cares and the families in our community will be forever grateful.
