Introducing Flexible Spending Plans for Technology
With 2019 underway, hopefully your IT budgets are set, and your team has a solid handle on your IT strategies for the year. But there always seems to be unexpected projects that pop up out of nowhere or perhaps you’ve had a last-minute 2018 strategy session that makes you realize you need more spend in the budget. Wouldn’t it be great to have a way to store away and bank time with your IT team and use it the way you want to and when you need to? IT Resource is excited to roll out our newest, and first of its kind, Flexible Spending Plans for technology.
Our Flexible Spending plans give you the flexibility to use engineering hours as you need them, lock in one low rate for the entire year and accurately budget your IT spend. Our goal is to make managing your IT easier and more cost-effective.
How does the plan work?
Our Flexible Spending Plans for technology function much like a retainer, with a flexible payment twist. Each plan is personalized based upon your needs. You can take advantage of different benefits based on how you wish to pay for your plan – up front, quarterly or monthly. You can also obtain additional hours at no cost as well as the opportunity to roll-over unused hours. Your hours are available for you to use immediately and you decide when and how to use them. Your hours can be used for pre-planned projects such as server upgrades, database services, cloud migration, networking needs, security and compliance projects, or for any unexpected services you may encounter. Our plans offer the flexibility to add hours at any time, at the rate established when you signed up. Your Flex Spend Plan aims to assist in budgeting your IT service spend efficiently throughout the entire year so there is no worry about overspending or under planning.
