We’re hiring a top-notch sales account executive to join our team of customer-focused, results-driven IT consultants and associates. Whether solving technical challenges for small businesses, or reaching up to be the hero when a customer is experiencing a security breach, we step up to the challenge to find the best solution for each and every client.
Sales Account Executive Details
You must be a people person who loves helping others and making their work life easier by solving their IT challenges. At the end of the day, you’re responsible for driving new business, ensuring customer satisfaction and managing the quality and service of the delivered product.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
You’re going to be working with a variety of current and prospective customers from a wide spectrum of industries. You’ll be responsible for developing a solid customer database and you must have the ability to generate qualified leads. Multi-tasking and organizational skills are required as this is a fast paced industry and each day will be filled with a multitude of tasks from developing client referrals to preparing sales action plans to developing presentations and proposals. Education and Experience
We’re looking for a candidate that has experience in sales and is comfortable making and delivering presentations. Knowledge of relevant computer applications and basic business principles are required, along with the ability to deliver stellar customer service. You must also have the proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Competencies
Since you’ll be dealing directly with our customers, you’ll be acting as the face of our business and this is a role we don’t take lightly. Planning skills, adaptability, and strong verbal and written communication are a must. It’s also important to be resilient, able to think quickly in stressful situations, and have the ability to generally understand complex technical solutions. Our current sales team executives are goal-driven leaders who possess strong collaboration and team player skills.
