FEATURED SERVICE: HIGH LEVEL CONSULTING
Information Technology is the heart of business. It makes collaboration in an organization possible and is the core of a successful business. Whether you're planning from the ground up, or working on an already existing project, IT Resource will provide a unique perspective through our planning, project management, and execution.
The goal of our high level consulting practice is to make sure that your Information Technology needs and requirements mesh seamlessly with your business goals.
Over the years, IT Resource has provided consultative and project management services for a vast array of projects with the focus on technology. Not only do we specialize in IT Consulting, but also project management, owner's representation, and we act as design/build consultants. Our projects include the building of a 209' yacht, multiple $10+ million construction projects, company expansions, multiple data center build designs, and multiple casino construction projects.
IT RESOURCE IN THE COMMUNITY
IT Resource understands the importance of giving back to the communities in which we live and work. Our staff members serve on the board of directors for both the Coopersville Rotary, and the Coopersville Area Chamber of Commerce, two organizations that have a high level of involvement with the Del Shannon Car Show and Coopersville Summerfest, August 9-14.
This is the first year the Coopersville Rotary is hosting the 20th annual Del Shannon Car Show, which draws in approximately 400 cars for the Friday night car cruise, and 800 cars for the Saturday show. This event is the main attraction of the Coopersville Summerfest and will feature food, trophies, music, and cars from every decade. The Rotary has selected NEO Forum (NE Ottawa County drug, alcohol, and violence awareness program) as the show's beneficiary.
The job of the Rotary is to build goodwill both internationally and in our own community. By supporting the Del Shannon Car Show, the Coopersville Rotary club helps other local non-profit organizations raise funds for their cause.
Help IT Resource in supporting the Coopersville community and NEO Forum by entering your car in the Del Shannon Car Show, or by purchasing tickets to the Rotary Pancake Breakfast.
Friday, August 13: Free Car Cruise and Fireworks
Saturday, August 14: Del Shannon Car Show runs all day and the Pancake Breakfast will be 7-10am

Email Security & Protection (ESP) Service
The most common question about the digest reports delivered by our ESP service pertains to the Release & Report option which is available on some emails, but not on others.
The digest is actually broken out into 3 sections. They are JUNK, FILTER, and RBL. Only the items in the JUNK section have the Release & Report option. The device responsible for email filtering downloads spam definitions every 15 minutes or so. These definitions determine which characteristics identify email as spam. When you click Release & Report you are sending information about your legitimate email to the team that develops the spam definitions. It helps them to make better definitions so valid items are not caught.
