Gary Lutz and Leo Reap began IT Resource with one goal in mind – to provide the finest, most comprehensive and cost effective IT solutions for their customers, and to keep those customers happy with outstanding service.

The company has grown dramatically since its beginning in 2000 and continues to see its customer base increase due to its high caliber staff. The engineers at IT Resource are the most talented and motivated individuals in the area. Our West Michigan based office allows us to provide localized on-site and remote support quickly and efficiently. We have many customers throughout the state of Michigan that utilize our engineering and support services. Although our primary customer base is in the midwest, we also provide on-site, remote and hosting solutions for companies throughout the United States and Europe.

Gary's knack for providing intelligent, successful, and cost effective network solutions for his customers make him a valuable asset to any corporate team. Upon receiving his bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Ferris State University, Gary proceeded to build up his knowledge base in a series of high profile positions before partnering with Leo to open IT Resource. Gary's strongest assets include working in Microsoft, Cisco, and HP capacities, all of which he holds certifications in. Customers appreciate Gary's passion for working hard to make sure they are receiving the best possible solution for their individual situation.

Calling West Michigan home for over two decades, this former Hope Flying Dutchmen has great pride for the successful business he's helped build over the last decade. His strong background in information technology design & implementation, paired with his vast experience in new construction consulting and project management involving IT installation & configuration make him the go-to guy for any expansive IT project. Leo makes it a priority to keep up with the latest certifications in the industry to ensure he is providing his customers with the best service possible. He is certified in Microsoft, HP, VMWare, and Cisco, just to name a few. Customers appreciate Leo’s ability to integrate new or existing networks with minimal downtime, excellent coordination & consultation with their existing IT staff, and virtual CIO capabilities.
